Biographical Information
Brian started singing in his late 20's, discovering his talent after being invited to sing in a church choir. Since that time he has studied with Flora Nielsen, Katie Hill and Shawna Gottfredson. Brian has participated and taken 1st place in several NATS competitions. He was a member of the Utah Opera Chorus for 7 years and has performed in numerous musical theater and Broadway revue events. Brian has been a featured soloist at many church events around Utah and the country. He loves singing with his daughter, Chantel and his son, Scott. During 2009 he has been focused on the recording and production of their first CD, "The Very Thought", a compilation of hymns set in a classical style.
Chantel Nate - Soprano
Chantel began singing at a very young age and thrilled audiences with her rendition of "Castle In A Cloud" from Les Miserables when she was 8 years old. Chantel graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. She has studied with Flora Nielsen, Katie Hill and Shawna Gottfredson. During the summer of 2005, she toured northern Italy, performing and studying with La Musica Lyrica. At the "U" she directed and performed in numerous opera productions and was a member of the Acapella Choir. Chantel has also performed in a number of community events and church events. She is so excited about their new CD, "The Very Thought".
